Bring 32-bar cuts of TWO of your musical theatre college audition songs and L. Morgan Lee will choose one to work on. Bring recorded accompaniment tracks and a playback device. No live accompaniment will be provided. Bring a headshot and résumé and dress in nice casual, comfortable clothes.

Carol Bentley directs and assists creative teams in productions that have included SPAMALOT at the Hollywood Bowl and for 3D Theatricals, DIRTY ROTTON SCOUNDRELS for Music Theater West, and THE CALICO BUFFALO (NYMF Best Of Show winner), WITH THIS LOVE for Alvin Ailey, and productions at Paper Mill Playhouse, North Shore Music Theater, Music Theatre of Wichita, and assorted Pre-Broadway workshops.
Sean McCarther is Professor of Music Theatre at Rider University, where he serves as the Musical Theatre Voice Coordinator, stage combat choreographer, and intimacy consultant. He teaches classical, musical theatre, and popular voice, voice science, and movement for performers. He received his doctorate in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy with minors in music theory and movement/postural analysis at Indiana University. He studied voice with Dr. Robert Harrison and pedagogy with the late Paul Kiesgen. Dr. McCarther earned his Master of Music degree with an emphasis in speech pathology at Indiana University and his Bachelor of Music degree at Baylor University, where he studied with Jack Coldiron.
L. Morgan Lee is an award-winning actress, emerging director, published writer, and educator. She received a Tony Award® nomination for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical for her standout turn in the Pulitzer Prize–winning A STRANGE LOOP on Broadway—making history as the first openly trans actor to be nominated for a Tony Award®. Her performance also earned her an Obie Award, along with Drama League and Lucille Lortel Award nominations. In addition to her stage work, Lee's studio credits include The Sugar Maple Series (Osiris Media) and Drama: An Aural Experience (AKS Immersive), as well as recordings with Ghostlight Records, Broadway Records, and Sh-K-Boom Records, numerous audiobooks, and the Grammy-nominated A Strange Loop original cast album.
